Tech Leaders UAE was founded in 2024 with a vision to unite and empower the senior Technology Leadership community across the UAE.

Established by Antony Redmond, Co-Founder of Reqiva, TLUAE was born from his recognition of the limited networking opportunities available for tech leaders in the region. With the support of distinguished members like Luís Rodrigues, Simon Rugg and Bart Pietruszka, our community has evolved into a thriving hub of innovation and collaboration.

Today, with over 100 members and counting, we are proud to witness the dynamic development and meaningful collaborations within our network. As we continue to grow, our mission remains clear: to build a powerful network and ecosystem specifically for VP and C-Suite technology executives, empowering them to exchange insights, tackle key challenges, and forge connections with peers who share their vision and experience in leadership.
